This weekend I did a lot of holiday baking so that was the inspiration for my texture pictures. First, gingersnap dough balls covered with sugar.
I love the way gingersnaps crinkle and crack when they bake. The finished cookies:
I packed up two dozen of them and took them to our neighbors house for a cookie exchange party this afternoon.
