Flower Bed in April

Time for the monthly check-in and report on my flower bed.  But first, we have the most awesome cloud filled sky today.  It reminds me of the Skoog Farm more than Aspen Meadows!

The flower bed is starting to fill in with sweet alyssum and snap dragons.  There isn't as much compost showing as there was in the March post.

The snapdragons are starting to bloom, the first poppies are opening and there is a ranunculus in the center, hiding in the snapdragons.

  3. I can't believe the difference from there to here. Our crocus are still struggling to open. It's as if they don't want to--too cold! The daffodils are moving along a little more quickly.

  4. We had the same clouds here today! Can't believe how mature your gardens are. Sometime you will have to send me an address so I can mail you a couple rhubarb plants!
