Between the Raindrops

This morning the sun made a brief appearance while we were doing chores.  Canada geese were hanging out in the pasture with the donkeys, honking loudly.

I picked Camille up from the airport after breakfast.  Back home, we walked around the property with the dogs.  Camille checked out the tree house (full of wasp nests).

Later in the afternoon, Camille and I went for a hike in Sly Park.  We enjoyed the views of the snow capped mountains and the smell of wet Ponderosa pines until the rain became steady and turned into rice sized hail.

Camille helped Brett with the evening chores while I worked on dinner.  A symphony of frogs replaced the morning honking of geese.

Life is good.
