I asked Brett to carry the camera around with him today and take pictures of his projects and whatever else caught his eye.
The wood ledge on my garden raised beds is breaking off. One of Brett's projects is to replace all of it. He went down the mountain today and bought supplies. Wood for my planter boxes and gold gravel to fill in the area by the pool where we took a tree out last year.
About a month ago, Bella's collar went missing. We looked everywhere for it and then gave up and I bought her a new one. Brett found it today -- it looks like a squirrel caper to me.
thanks for explaining gold gravel - or at least picturing it later. :) i like winston's close-up. and brett stayed busy, even if you didn't! :)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Brett's walk-around. Made me smile : ) Funny about the collar.
ReplyDeleteThe gravel is really called "California Sunset", but for the cost of it, it may as well be gold. $130 for one cubic yard.
ReplyDeleteBrett did good! And what a busy guy holy smokes. Your place is so amazingly lovely!
ReplyDeleteBrett...now I'm going to give Gary my camera tomorrow so he can show you what he has been doing around here. Never ending. I think you already get the picture. So, do you want me to check with Al and see if he can carve you a cane? How tall are you?
ReplyDeleteI'll never get tired of telling you how nice it's your place!
ReplyDeleteBret also has a good eye for photos ;) But I'm very intriged, what it's on last photo? what do you it use for?
Thanks, Brett!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! To take snapshots of our day! I may do this myself now, get ready for yet more pictures of walnut trees! :-)
