Daffodils

...are my favorite flower.  Last fall, I planted 500 of them in front of the house.

I love coming up the driveway to this.

And the view from the porch isn't bad either.



I'm going to plant more this fall.  One can never have too many daffodils.

    They're one of my favorite flowers - my mother planted hundreds at the house where I grew up.

    I heartily agree! They really are beautiful.

    It was nice to hear that someone else daydreams like I do. We must be very close in age, as I'm fond of dreaming of retirement too. Having more of my time be my own is a beautiful dream! But today is where we're at, so we must make the most of that. Like gazing at lovely daffodils!
